The brief
South East Health is a major not-for-profit primary care provider, contracted by Primary Care Trusts to provide an out-of-hours service for more than 2 million patients in Kent and Sussex.
South East Health approached Sans Frontiere for help in protecting and promoting the organisation’s reputation for clinical excellence and integrity and to help manage internal communications.
Our response
Sans Frontiere responded with a full service PR support and media relations service. This has included dealing with media enquiries, from BBC radio and Sunday Times journalists for example, providing media training for the executive team and securing positive news story coverage in leading titles.
To support South East Health’s online communication, Sans Frontiere designed the organisation’s principle website in 2009 (www.southeasthealth.com), and a new mini-website for the health centres in Eastbourne and Hastings (www.gplhc.southeasthealth.com), which meets objectives to be inclusive for all. Sans Frontiere also produces an internal quarterly newsletter to engage staff with internal developments and events. Sans Frontiere is responsible for the entire production process including copywriting, photography and design.
